Dear Speakers at the next AFSE Meeting,
Here is some information to prepare your talk:

Each breakout room comes equipped with a standard audio-visual package setup that will support an electronic presentation.

Please, prepare a .pdf file for your presentation to avoid compatibility issues, as the laptop in the room can be either a Mac or a PC.

Arrive at your session meeting room at least 5 minutes before the session begins to upload your pdf presentation. Take time to familiarize yourself with the set-up at the lectern.

Each parallel session lasts 1h40. We advise 15 to 20 minutes presentation and 5 to 10 minutes discussion in sessions including 4 papers and 20 to 25 minutes presentation and 10-15 minutes discussion in sessions including 3 papers.
